Cushman & Wakefield appoints EMEA corporate finance head.
Cushman & Wakefield, a global property consultant, has appointed Michael Lindsay as a partner and head of its EMEA corporate finance team.
Based in London, he will develop and expand the practice’s operations in restructuring and the recovery of distressed commercial real estate loans and assets.
Lindsay has worked in real estate corporate finance since 1998. He has previously worked for KPMG, where he was a partner and head of corporate finance. He has also been a director in Citi’s real estate and lodging investment banking team.
He now leads a team that comprises chartered accountants, corporate financiers, surveyors and financial analysts.
