JP Morgan makes chairman changes

Mayhew moves from UK business to role at investment bank.

JP Morgan has announced changes in its investment bank and its UK business, JP Morgan Cazenove.

David Mayhew, chairman of JP Morgan Cazenove, has been named a vice-chairman of the global investment bank. Tim Wise, deputy chairman of JP Morgan Cazenove, will become chairman of JP Morgan Cazenove.

Mayhew will report to Jes Staley, CEO of the investment bank and head of the firm’s international business. Wise will report to Emilio Saracho, head of EMEA investment banking.
