Law firm hires Przemysław Kałek as partner in Warsaw office.
Law firm Chadbourne & Parke has hired Przemysław Kałek as an international partner in its Warsaw office’s project finance group.
Kałek specialises in energy and infrastructure projects and has advised regional and international energy companies on energy law, regulatory issues and antitrust areas. He has worked on several mergers and acquisitions, project financings and privatisations in the Polish energy sector.
He joins Chadbourne after serving as counsel and co-head of the energy practice at Polish firm Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Prior to this he spent six years in-house at the Polish division of RWE Polska, a subsidiary of Germany’s RWE, where he held positions including head of the legal department and the management board office.
