SAP, a global provider of business software, has appointed Abdul-Raheem Bawazeer as managing director in Saudi Arabia.
Bawazeer will be based in SAP’s Riyadh office, and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in the Saudi market, including customer and partner engagements, sales, and services. Bawazeer will be reporting to Claas Kuehnemann, managing director for South East Europe and the Middle East.
Bawazeer has held various senior executive roles in Saudi Arabia over the past 20 years. Before this position, he served as general manager of Saudi Arabia at Dell Middle East for four years, spent six years at Hewlett Packard in a range of leadership roles, including public sector manager and regional director of the Middle East government sector, and worked at Microsoft Arabia for two years as the manager for the government sector and manger for the western region.
