Senior changes at BoA Merrill Lynch

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has named David Ross as managing director and head of European leveraged finance capital markets.

Ross will be based in London and report to David Flannery, head of global leveraged finance, based in New York. He is expected to join the company in early December 2009.

Ross joins after a 13-year career at Deutsche Bank, culminating in his role as head of European leveraged capital markets.  He previously was European head of high yield capital markets. Ross moved to London from New York eight years ago.
