Bernd van Linder has been appointed as Saudi Hollandi Bank's managing director by the bank's board of directors, chairman Mubarak Al-Khafrah announced in a statement.
Van Linder has carried out this role in an acting capacity after Geoffrey Calvert resigned in May 2009. He joined SHB in 2006 as general manager for treasury affairs. Before this he held a variety of roles at ABN Amro.
