Head of banking and finance takes new post at law firm.
Al Tamimi & Company, a Middle East law firm, has made Husam Hourani, its Dubai-based head of the banking and finance practice, managing partner.
Hourani will work with senior partner Essam Al Tamimi to develop the firm’s international strategy. He replaces Hoda Barakat, who led the firm since 2005 and announced her retirement in December 2009.
