Law firm poaches three from rival to bolster Polish deal-making team.
Law firm Salans has bolstered the private equity team in its Warsaw office, hiring three lawyers from rival Clifford Chance.
The existing team has been joined by partner and new team co-head Piotr Dulewicz, counsel Michał Karwacki and associate Michał Wasiak.
Dulewicz has represented several private equity funds and trade investors during his career and is recommended by “Chambers Europe” in the private equity field.
