New partners to focus on capital markets and M&A.
Law firm White & Case LLP has appointed Michael Immordino and Jonathan Clark as partners in its global capital markets practice.
Both join from Latham & Watkins LLP, with Clark returning to the firm he left seven years ago.
The new partners will focus on White & Case’s capital markets and M&A offerings across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
White & Case chairman Hugh Verrier said the firm’s global capital market’s practice is a strategic priory and Immordino and Clark will play a role in its growth.
These are the latest appointments to the firm’s European banking and capital market’s practice in the past eight months, where it has welcomed Stockholm-based partner Carl Hugo Parment to the team, alongside London partners Lee Cullinane and Jacqueline Evans.
