New divisional MD appointed from Dubai.
Mubasher Finance Services (MFS), a Middle East brokerage, has named Ehab Rashad as the managing director of its Direct Broker for Securities business in Egypt.
Rashad has 16 years of regional trading experience and moves to North Africa after spending six years as head of trading at the firm’s Direct Broker for Financial Services business in Dubai.
MFS’s chief executive, Malek Kanawati, said the leadership skills and technical abilities Rashad demonstrated in Dubai make him the ideal person to lead the firm’s operations in Egypt.
MFS, which is part of National Technology Group, provides access to Middle Eastern and international stock markets through a single trading hub.
