Financial group hires former Micex president as CEO and chairman.
Russia’s Otkritie Financial Corporation has named Ruben Aganbegyan CEO and chairman.
Aganbegyan spent the past two years as president of the Moscow Stock Exchange, where he oversaw its merger with RTS.
Previously, he was in charge of Renaissance Capital’s Russian business, and has also served as managing director for project financing and head of investment banking at Troika Dialog.
