Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital has appointed John Hyman as chairman and CEO, and Igor Vayn as CEO.
Hyman joined the bank in 2011 as leader of the global investment banking business. He was promoted to deputy CEO in June 2012. Vayn was previously CEO of Russian institutional broker Otkritie Capital.
