The legal services provider has made a series of senior managerial appointments.
Appleby, the offshore legal services provider, has made four new senior appointments.
Frances Woo will become group chairman in place of Peter Bubenzer, who is retiring after 32 years with the company. Woo was formerly managing partner of the Hong Kong office and head of the Corporate and Commercial, and Private Clients and Trusts groups for Asia .
Cameron Adderley has been appointed head of the Corporate and Commercial practice, replacing Judith Collis, who retires. Adderley will be standing down from Appleby’s Group Management Company Board along with John Bisson, whose retirement was announced in September 2012. They will be replaced by Sean Dowling and Tim Faries.
