Egyptian bank announces new appointments to top team.
Egypt’s Commercial International Bank (CIB) has appointed three new board members.
Jawaid Mirza joins as an executive board member and managing director after five years working within the bank, most recently as senior adviser to the chairman.
Meanwhile, Sherif Kamel and Yasser Hashem have been named non-executive board members. Kamel is the founding dean of the School of Business at the American University in Cairo. Hashem is a partner at law firm Zaki Hashem & Partners.
