Russian bank gives heads of asset restructuring and chief risk officer seats on the board.

Russia’s MDM Bank has appointed two new directors to its management board.

The bank has promoted Artyom Kirillov, vice-president and head of asset restructuring, and Svetlana Kiseleva, vice-president and chief risk officer, to the board.

Kirillov began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before becoming a senior associate at the Boston Consulting Group. He has worked at MDM for the past five years and has held roles including deputy chief financial officer.

Kiseleva has previously worked at UniCredit and Sberbank.
