Investment firm names EMEA head of private-equity accounting.
Investment firm BNY Mellon has appointed Eamon Burns as head of private-equity accounting for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Working in the firm’s asset-servicing business and based in Dublin, Burns will lead a team spilt across Dublin and Luxembourg working with private-equity administration clients.
He joins from State Street, having also worked at Goldman Sachs.
Burns will report to Caoimhghin O’Donnell, EMEA managing director and head of alternative investment services fund accounting.
