Italian bank issues two-year bond run by own investment bank, Credit Suisse and Natixis.

UniCredit has raised €750mn (US$984mn) through a two-year bond.

The Italian bank priced the paper with a coupon of 155 basis points over three-month Euribor. The majority of the issuance was bought by banks and asset managers, with Italy accounting for the largest percentage of the order book by geography.

UniCredit’s own investment banking division acted as bookunner on the deal alongside Credit Suisse and Natixis.
