CEE booze producer set to float on London Stock Exchange in US$83mn IPO. 

Stock Spirits, a Central and Eastern Europe-focused spirits producer, has announced its intention to float on the London Stock Exchange. The company is aiming to raise £52mn (US$83.5mn) through a minimum free float of 25%. It will sell a combination of newly created and existing shares.

Berenberg is lead manager of the deal. JP Morgan Cazenove and Nomura are joint bookrunners, sponsors and global coordinators, with Jeffries acting as an additional joint bookrunner.

Stock Spirits Group is one of the leading producers of spirits in Central and Eastern Europe. Its main markets are Poland and the Czech Republic, and it has a growing presence in Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Italy.
