Russian investment bank takes 9% in Italian advisory firm.
VTB Capital, a Russian investment bank, has purchased a 9% stake in Italian financial advisory firm Eidos Partners.
The acquisition is part of a strategic cooperation agreement designed to encourage the entry of Russian investors into the Italian market and boost the international footprints of both parties.
Eidos Partners is an independent, Italy-focused firm that advises on M&A, IPOs, debt raising, structured finance and debt restructuring.
