London-listed company could join Nairobi Securities Exchange.
Africa Oilfield Logistics, a Guernsey-based, London-listed support services company that works in Africa’s oil and gas sector, could gain a secondary listing in Kenya.
Shareholders in the company, which is listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market, will vote on November 5 on whether to list 10% of its capital on the Nairobi Securities Exchange’s Growth Enterprise Market Segment.
