Sadr to develop bank’s high net worth business.

Coutts has named Amir Sadr as head of its UAE and private office business in the Middle East.

Based in Dubai, Sadr will develop Coutts’ ultra high net worth offering in the Middle East, a key part of the bank’s expansion plans.

He takes up the role immediately, reporting to Alex Classen, chief executive of Coutts International, and Duncan MacIntyre, head of the bank’s private office.

Sadr joins Coutts from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he led its institutional client group and family office for 12 years.
