Agroton announces fund raising

Ukranian company hopes to get US$59mnn from investors.

Ukrainian agricultural company Agroton hopes to raise US$59mn through the public offering of a 26% stake in its business on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Agroton, which joined the market in 2009, will use the proceeds for land bank expansion and to increase its storage capacity for grains.

Phoenix Capital is acting as the international lead manager for the IPO.
