Troika promotes Sagiryan

Head of private clients to lead investment banking division.

Russian investment bank Troika Dialog has named Igor Sagiryan its new head of investment banking.

In his new role Sagiryan will oversee the investment banking division’s strategic planning, capital raising in the  debt and equity markets, advising on M&A deals, deal structuring and investment consultation.

He joined the bank in 2009 as head of its private clients division. Catherine Thibaut will now take over that role.

Prior to joining Troika, Sagiryan worked for several years as president of Renaissance Group, before which he founded management consultancy Bain-Link.
