Middle East practice strengthens expertise and local knowledge.
An international law firm has proved its commitment to its Middle East practice by announcing 17 internal promotions.
Clyde & Co, which has four offices in the region, has recently welcomed 13 senior associates and four legal directors. The promotions strengthen a range of departments, including corporate, construction, dispute resolution, finance, intellectual property, marine and real estate.
The new legal directors are Richard Bell (dispute resolution), Stephen Kelly (real estate/strata law) and David Moore (intellectual property) in Dubai with construction specialist Laura Warren in Doha.
Mark Blanksby, a Dubai-based construction partner, says the appointments are part of the firm’s regional strategic plan and deepen its expertise in core areas.
