Russian bank promotes director to CFO post.

Promsvyazbank, a Russian bank, has named Vladislav Khokhlov as its chief financial officer (CFO).

He steps up from his current role as a vice-president and managing director for finance and now reports to first vice-president Alexandra Volchenko, whom he replaces as CFO.

Khokhlov joined Promsvyazbank in May 2011. His previous roles included first deputy chairman of URSA Bank and CFO of MDM Bank.

Promsvyazbank was founded in 1995 and has RUB71.3bn (US$2.18bn) in assets. The bank has 290 points of sale, including a branch in Cyprus and offices in China, India, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. It is rated Ba2 by Moody’s and BB- by Fitch.
