Firm hires former Allen & Overy lawyer for Moscow team.
Goltsblat BLP, the Russian practice of international law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner, has appointed Kyle Davis as a partner in its corporate/M&A team in Moscow.
Davis was formerly counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and has also worked with Allen & Overy and other international firms in Moscow and New York.
At Goltsblat BLP, he'll report to partner Anton Sitnikov, head of the team. He is also expected to work closely on infrastructure, oil and gas and energy projects with Andrei Baev, who recently joined the firm from Allen & Overy.
