Bank names Russia's deputy minister of economic development as management board chairman.
Russia's VTB Bank has appointed Mikhail Oseevskiy as deputy president and chairman of the management board, tasked with developing the bank's regional network.
From 2003 until 2011, Oseevskiy was vice-governor of St Petersburg. Earlier this year he was named Russia's deputy minister of economic development.
Oseevskiy's appointment will become effective upon approval from the Central Bank of Russia.
