Russian investment bank names head of international fixed-income sales.
Russia’s Troika Dialog has named Dean Tyler as its head of international fixed-income sales.
Formerly VTB Capital’s head of fixed-income sales for London, New York, Moscow, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong, Tyler will head Troika Dialog’s international FI sales network centred in Moscow, London, and New York.
Tyler joins the bank’s London office and reports to Paolo Zaniboni, its CEO, and Maxim Safonov, head of the fixed income, currencies and commodities division.
