Investment bank promotes head of utilities research to run entire Russian division.
Renaissance Capital, a Russian investment bank focused on emerging markets, has appointed Vladimir Sklyar as head of Russian research.
Sklyar joined the bank in 2007 as utilities analyst and last year was promoted to head of utilities research, a position he retains.
In his new role, he will run the firm’s Russian research franchise, working closely with its Equity Products Group. Sklyar will report to David Nangle, head of research.
