Investment bank appoints new head in Qatar.
Morgan Stanley has appointed Abdulla Alansari its new head of Qatar. The news was announced in an internal memo, the contents of which have been confirmed by a bank spokesperson.
Alansari has considerable experience in the Qatari banking industry having worked at Qatar National Bank, DLALA Brokerage and most recently as CEO of the Al-Ansari Group.
Though officially part of the investment banking division, Alansari will be working across Morgan Stanley to help develop the Qatari franchise, the statement reads.
