New heads for strategy and HR at Russian finance group.
Russia’s Otkritie Financial Corporation has appointed two deputy CEOs.
Johannes Berner will be responsible for the group’s development strategy and maintaining relationships with investors. He was previously a divisional head at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Moscow, where he focused on building relationships between banks and financial companies.
Alexey Karakhan will manage human resources as well as PR, marketing, internal communication and corporate services for the group. He is a former deputy CEO of strategic relationships for the Aton Group and has also headed the PR department at Renaissance Group.
