UAE bank Emirates NBD has named Gary Dugan as chief investment officer for its private banking division, responsible for investment policy across several asset classes.
Dugan was previously managing director and chief investment officer at Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management, where he developed new investment processes to boost profitability across all asset classes. He also served as managing director and head of research and investment strategy at Barclays Wealth Management.
