Kuwaiti investment bank names new chief executive.
NBK Capital, the investment-banking arm of National Bank of Kuwait, has named Faisal Al-Hamad as chief executive officer.
The appointment follows the move of Salah Al-Fulaij, the previous CEO, to chief executive of NBK Kuwait. Meanwhile Nabil Nayef Maroof, senior managing director of asset management, becomes NBK Capital’s deputy CEO.
Al-Hamad has been with NBK Capital since 2007 and was most recently its managing director of brokerage and research.
